Purchase A Blue Package 1
Blue Package $175
Additional System $50 ea
1 visit / annual
- Inspect indoor & outdoor coils, clean outdoor coils
- Check electrical connections and wiring, safeties
- Check volts and amps
- Test auxiliary heat/back-up heat
- Inspect and clean condensation drains
- Test/check float switch and condensation pump
- Test heat pump mode, check defrost cycle
- Check air filters, ductwork, and delta-t
- Check t-stat operations and fan controls
- Clean and inspect burner and heating cabinet
- Check flue pipes, check for gas leaks
- Check heat exchanger if accessible
- Check inducer draft motor and pressure switch
Red Package $275
Additional System $50 ea
2 visits / Bi-annual

- $150.00 off any New System Install
Water Package $175
Additional Water Heater $125 ea
Anode Rod Replacement $20 (if needed)
1 visit annual
- Check water pressure
- Control water pressure
- Control thermal expansion
- Inspect T&P relief valve
- Drain and flush tank
- Check/replace anode rod if needed (Please be advised for anode rod replacement, additional charges may apply depending on which water package you have.)
Air &Water Package $350
Base System (One HVAC & One Water Heater)
